Apple Crisp

Serves: 6
Oven: 35 minutes at 350 F

3-6 medium apples 1 c brown sugar
1 T flour 3/4 c quick oats
1/2 t cinnamon 1/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar 1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 c softened butter

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease an 8" pan. Cut apples in quarters, peel, core, and slice thin. Mix dry ingredients from the left column together, and sprinkle over apples.

Mix dry ingredients from right column together, then cut in butter with a piecrust blender or fork. Mixture will be crumbly. Spread it on top of apples and bake for 35 minutes.
